We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to provide our customers with a flexible
and fair cancellation policy. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for
cancellations of travel arrangements made through Undugu Safaris.
For cancellations made more than 90 days before the departure date, a payment of $300 USD per person can be applied to a future trip within the same year for the same traveler.
Note: No refunds will be made for any missed services.

Non-Refundable Bookings:
Certain travel arrangements, including special promotions, may be non-refundable, even if canceled within 90 days of travel. Clients will be made aware of these terms at the time of booking. Please note that Undugu Safaris is not liable for any airline ticket bookings.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events that could lead to trip cancellations. Travel insurance may provide coverage for non-refundable expenses.
Undugu Safaris reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy without prior notice.
Customers will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of their booking.
Refund requests will be processed as promptly as possible; however, the timeline for refunds may vary depending on supplier policies and payment methods.
