Introduction


Only 1/2 an hour away from the safari capitol of the world, Arusha National Park is an easily accessible National Park. Their are many activities here in this stunning park - hiking, mountain climbing, bird watching, horse back riding, game drives, walking safaris, canoeing, and cycling! We'd love to offer any of these activities to you while you're here on safari with US!

Wildlife


Arusha National Park is prime territory for many bird watchers. Greater + Lesser Flamingos flock to the stunning Momela Lakes every year to feed on algae and small crustaceans. Expect to find the common Superb Starling, Weavers, Bee Eaters, Kingfisher, Egyptian Goose, Crested Crane, Heron, Plover, Hornbill and many many many other species of birdlife!


Mammals to be spotted include: Buffalo, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Zebra, Wildebeest, Monkey, Baboon, Dik Dik, Warthogs, Bush Buck, and other crafty little ones that tend to hide from view!


US highly encourages the use of binoculars here in Arusha National Park and also, an extra set of eyes to increase the viewing opportunities!
