What does Undugu "du" exactly?

Undugu Safaris is an African Safari company operating throughout Tanzania. We specialize in offering quality and professional tours that bring all of our clients happiness and fulfillment. Origin

In the year 2021, Nickson & Michael worked with a Commission Mankind, an NGO, drilling boreholes throughout Kenya. Together we served many many villages and worked together to bring clean + accessible water for entire communities. It was quite an adventure serving these people groups and often meant long and challenging journeys across country. On one of these very road trips we came up with the Undugu name and we both immidiatly knew that this was the new dream. UNDUGU SAFARIS - it has such a nice ring to it. We may be a bit biased though!

What does UNDUGU mean?!

The UNDUGU name came to Nickson and Michael from this simple thought: family + it's shared nature creates a desire in US to inspire those who long for the African Adventure. Traveling across the world is a big deal and who better to travel with than someone who is as close as family?
